This education session is being delivered as part of the GP Fellowship Education Programme and is open to Cambridgeshire and Peterborough GPs who are enrolled on the GP Fellowship and ARRS GP Support schemes. Early career GPs who are within their first 5 years of practice are also welcome to attend.
This month we’ll be joined by Dr Fiona Clark for a session on Paediatrics in General Practice, followed by small groups for those enrolled in the fellowship and ARRS GP programmes.
Dr Fiona Clark has been a GP specialising in paediatric medicine at Granta for 25 years having previously been a Paediatric registrar.
The aim of this talk is to give you some top tips when approaching common paediatric cases as well as some reminders of what you need to be careful to not miss. As GP’s you know the medicine but she hopes to give you skills that allow you to feel more confident and able to reassure parents more easily. The talk also aims to give you indications of which children need referral.
Please do bring any questions and cases to discuss.
This session will take place via Zoom. You will find the zoom registration link in your booking confirmation email.
If you have not received a booking confirmation email within 24hrs of booking your place, please email deborah.coulter@nhs.net
