In this session, we’ll be joined by experts from the primary care sector, to talk about innovation, data, and change in primary care. We’ll consider impactful examples of innovation and change, look at how data is supporting transformation, and consider key challenges which may remain in realising more benefits for both patients and clinicians.
Our panel will share insight and experience from their own practice, discussing the best approaches to embracing innovation in primary care, overcoming challenges such as interoperability, inequality of access, and lack of engagement, and the importance of emerging technologies in helping meet growing demand.
