Led by Shanee Baker, a leading counsel in law pertaining to general practice and director of LMC Law Ltd, this session will focus on specialist legal advice and current examples of the opportunities and pitfalls that all partners and senior managers – new or experienced – need to know, including: partnership deeds and clauses of negotiation (e.g. new and retiring partners, leave pertaining to sickness, holiday, sabbaticals, parental/adoption and locums); fees and charges; disputes and suspensions; PCNs and information governance standards.
