This will be the second care coordination Collab and will be taking place on Tuesday 9th November 2021. We have listened to the feedback received during the first collab and the majority of people wanted to discuss training and the importance of receiving the right type of training to be an effective care coordinator.

The Collab runs from 9:15 am to 12.00pm (BST) and is centered on the three pillars of training needed to be an effective care coordinator.

  • Understanding Personalised Care
