In response to practice feedback, we have partnered with PCC-CIC to deliver a series of free workshops highlighting top tips for surviving CQC.

This CQC workshop will be delivered by an experienced trainer who has a background in practice management and working to meet CQC standards. Our delivery team includes a CQC specialist adviser and an associate with the RCGP who has experience of supporting practices in special measures.

The half day workshop would include the following elements:

  • CQC – regulations and responsibilities
  • Types of inspections and the annual phone call
  • Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs)
  • Opening presentation
  • Evidence requirements
  • Local themes and quality
  • Action planning

Attendees will leave the workshop with a better understanding of how to have a good CQC inspection. Delegates will also be provided with a toolkit to plot evidence and track this against the regulations.

Workshops will be held across the patch with two spaces available per practice – for a practice manager and clinical lead.

To book fill in the application form and email the Primary Care team at capccg.primarycare@nhs.net.
