An overview of the specialist and MSK physiotherapy services offered by DynamicHealth, Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust
Between them, Steve Wilson, Clinical Lead and Advanced Practice Physiotherapist and Raj Thirunageswaram, Senior Physiotherapist and Operational Team Lead, have over 30 years of experience in the service.
In this session, they will take you through an outline of the services offered (MSK, specialist and pelvic health physiotherapy), how to access services, the role of the First Contact Practitioner and the resources you’ll find on our website that can support service users to self manage. They will also be able to answer questions regarding referrals to the service, skills within the team and how they can support primary care.
“This session is designed to expand your knowledge of how another part of the health system works – what we provide, how we can support primary care and how we link with secondary care. It will also showcase resources we have available on our website, which you can signpost to and use, to help your patients self-manage their MSK condition.”
This is not designed to be a clinical session, however, there will be the opportunity for a discussion regarding referral types.
