We communicate all the time, but we do not always seem to get the desired outcomes. In this module we will explore why that happens and what effect it can have, then introduce you to a tool that can help us to avoid miscommunication. We will demonstrate communicating using the SBAR tool, then consider some practical starting points for using the tool in practice.
