We would like to invite you to our developing assertiveness webinar with the team from the staff support hub. The first hour will be focussed on talking about using assertive communication skills to ask for what you want, negotiate and say no when needed. We will also be covering what passive, aggressive and assertive communication styles look like.
The second part of the webinar will offer staff time to talk with our Staff Support Hub team and each other in a peer support style forum.
Who is it for?
Current internationally recruited staff (presently in post), incoming internationally recruited staff (new starters). All professional groups including medics/dentists. All ICS organisations including local authority and third sector.
This session is open to all those working in health, social care, the voluntary sector or not-for-profit sector in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
