The telephone is still the primary route for many patients to access their GP Practice. Being able to understand call data can help practices make informed decisions on how to improve telephony processes, deliver better patient experience and ease the pressures on practice staff.

This practical, problem solving, support session brings together a panel of experts by experience to help answer your queries.

The session is suitable for practices who are already using cloud-based telephony (CBT), and also those who are in the process of moving from analogue systems onto  cloud-based telephony

As part of the support we offer to colleagues across Primary Care, we will provide you with membership of our national Primary Care Improvement Community (PCIC).
