Dr Emma Tiffin is a GP, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Mental Health Lead and Interim Associate Clinical Director for Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. She is also National GP Advisor Community and Primary Care, Adult Mental Health, NHS England & Improvement.
