About this Training

These newly developed Saturday study sessions being delivered by Arthur Rank Hospice specialist Medical Team will provide expert clinical information from specialists working in Palliative Medicine. They will focus on essential information, guidance and practical tips to help you improve your skills and confidence in delivering Palliative Care to your patients. The sessions will cover both malignant and non-malignant conditions. The morning will commence with networking over a hot buffet breakfast. This is the first of two study sessions. The second study day focusing on the management of complex dying will take place on 27 April.

Finding the venue:

Education & Conference Centre, Arthur Rank Hospice, Cherry Hinton Road, Shelford Bottom, Cambridge. Use the following post code CB22 3AB as Sat Nav and online maps currently do not recognise the correct location of the Hospice’s postcode as it is a new building.

Car Parking

There is no visitor parking at the Hospice, unless you hold a Blue Badge or have mobility issues. Visitors should park at the adjacent Babraham Road Park and Ride CB22 3AB. Use the footpath to the hospice (approx 5-10 minutes’ walk), near the car entrance to the P&R.
