  • Hearing process
  • Otoscopy
  • Ear examination
  • How to take an Ear swab
  • The normal Ear and Common Ear conditions – including sign posting, self-help patient advice and when/ where to refer on
  • Guidelines, professional boundaries & limitations
  • Assessment of and communication with patients
  • Obtaining informed consent
  • Health and safety
  • Infection control, safe disposal and cleaning of equipment
  • Appropriate documentation

Your details will be passed to the supplier (PCCPD), so that the trainers know who is attending. The link will come from PCCPD by e-mail a week before the session.

Certificates will be sent by PCCPD following the session.
