The integrations have now been set up successfully and the team from Joy are ready to start training personalised care staff on how to use the Joy Digital Platform. The training sessions will be starting with PCNs in the North initially and then moving on to other areas across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
The first Masterclass for PCNs in Peterborough will be held on August 17th 1pm to 2.30pm and the meeting link can be found here. Staff will receive an invitation to this training session from the team at Joy.
The Joy Masterclass will cover the following topics:
- How to use Joy like a Pro!
- How to master Joy’s advanced features!
- How to get help and support from the Joy team!
Please note that this session will be recorded and there will also be opportunities to attend other training sessions if you are not able to attend this meeting.
