This practical skills workshop, the eighth in a series of nine, will suit those who are relatively new to a leadership role, and equally, those more experienced leaders who would like to refresh their skills, knowledge and confidence in leading teams in today’s constantly evolving primary care environment.
We recommend that you attend Thur 25 Jun (09:30-12:30) : Part 1 – Creating a Just and Learning Culture (Focus on Team) before coming to this workshop.
Workshop Objectives
The workshop will:
- Provide an understanding of how systems and processes impact on errors, learning and improvement to services
- Examine practical ways to encourage all team members to speak up, raise concerns and suggest improvements
- Explore the role of leader in creating the conditions for full team involvement in learning and improvement to services
