A 30 minute introduction to keeping a gratitude journal with a guided exercise.

The lunch and learn sessions are interactive ways to think about the different ways to wellbeing. Bring a pen and piece of paper and follow along to learn new skills in a supportive environment.

This session is open to all those working in health, social care, the voluntary sector or not-for-profit sector in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
