Facilitated by MenoHealth, this webinar we will explore:
- Why you need to move more during the menopause; what exercises you need for better heart, bone and mental health;
- How to find ways to fit exercise into daily life especially when you have no time or are suffering from menopause fatigue.
- How to eat well to improve our menopause experience, what to include, what to avoid and tips to maintain a healthy weight.
Exercising and good nutrition can also help you with energy levels and to stay focused at work!
