Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training provides participants with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to recognise when someone may be experiencing poor mental health and respond in a supportive and appropriate way. Delivered using the internationally recognised MHFA England approach, the course explores common mental health conditions, supportive communication techniques, crisis response and signposting to appropriate support services.
