This learning sprint aims to enable NHS people professionals to develop the mentoring skills and knowledge to promote mentoring in their organisation. Colleagues will build their understanding about the benefits of mentoring schemes and gain insights on the various ways you can incorporate mentoring in your organisations. We’ll also discuss the 5Cs (Connecting, Clarifying, Considering, Committing and Closing) of a mentoring conversation designing good mentoring questions.
