You are invited to join the NHS England’s NHS App team for an update on the NHS App – on Wednesday 29th July 2026 at 11:30am to 12:30pm.
Prescriptions and Medicines – empowering patients to manage their prescriptions through the NHS App supports NHS ambitions for digital-first care and can help reduce avoidable demand on frontline services. The team will provide an update on current work and future plans.
Address Update Feature – will give patients the ability to update their home address through the NHS App. The session will explain how the feature works and provide an update on the current pilot and future plans.
GP Registration – allows patients to register with a GP practice online, helping to streamline the registration process for both patients and practices. The team will explain how the product works, provide an update on adoption to date and share what practices need to do to get started.
The webinar will also include an update on the NHS App roadmap and finish with a Q&A where you can put your questions to the speakers.
Audience: Anyone involved in supporting or using the NHS App as a channel, across all settings.
Recording and slides: The session will be recorded and shared afterwards on FutureNHS.
