East of England Organisation Development (OD) Community of Practice – Thursday 10th November at 9am – 12pm
Do you lead on change management, service development or workforce transformation? If so, you are likely to also be working in Organisation Development (OD)!
If you were able to join us earlier this year in June at our inaugural community of practice session our next session brings you further opportunity to network and hear more about what is happening in your systems as well at the opportunity to attend a masterclass.
As a reminder our Community of Practice is not just for those who have OD in their job title or who may be a professional HR & OD practitioner, this community is wider for all colleagues working in Care, Health and the VCSE sector to come together and share learning on how to take forward and support Organisation Development in the six Integrated Care Systems in East of England.
Come and join us at our second event and hear from our guest speakers from the Innovations Agency, Wendy Burton and Natalie Latham who will be exploring “Culture in our systems – where to begin when exploring your system readiness and its baseline culture”
You will need a webcam and a headset to fully participate.
• The computer will need to have the sound function on so you can hear and speak at the webinar.
• You will need to be connected to the internet for the duration of the webinar.
• We will send an email with details of instructions for the day to all participants, prior to the date.
