The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICS Staff Support Hub is facilitating a series of virtual support forums for health and social care staff who have had Covid-19 and are experiencing ongoing symptoms.

This is a facilitated peer support session where you will have to option to share your experience, support others and hear about what support is available to you locally.

This is part of our series of wellbeing webinars and virtual support forums. Other topics include managing fatigue, managing stress, sleep for wellbeing, sleep for shift workers and “the new normal…?”.

This session will be facilitated by Staff Wellbeing Occupational Therapists Annelies Franklin and Danica Tracey.

This session is open to all those working in health, social care, the voluntary sector or not-for-profit sector in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
