Initially established in 2015 to support practices in special measures, the Primary Care Development team at the RCGP has evolved into a comprehensive consultancy service. Our highly experienced advisory team comprised of GPs, practice managers, practice nurses and clinical pharmacists provide bespoke support to practices, PCNs and system-level organisations, working as a critical friend to bring about long-lasting and transformational change.
