Following the success of the Hunts Diabetes Study Days, we are pleased to offer FREE spaces for GPs, ANPs, Diabetes Leads and Practice Nurses at study days being organised as part of a collaborative partnership between C&P CCG, CPFT, NWAFT and CUHFT
The study day will increase your academic knowledge and skills in the management of diabetes and support your clinical practice. Attendance at the events will also help to support practices in the achievement of the Diabetes LES. The study day will be delivered by a team of Consultants, Diabetes Nurses, GPs, Dieticians and Podiatrists.
