The service offers another avenue to support the recruitment of roles in C&P primary care. With Winter Access funding, winter pressures and ARRS recruitment, this could be the optimal time to spread your recruitment net further especially with Primary Care Careers gathering momentum on being a primary care recruitment support service (not a recruitment agency).
There is no charge to the practices or PCNs for using PCC and the service they offer is very tailored to each practice and PCN to support you with you individual needs. They also work closely with applicants to ensure applications and shortlisting are of good quality.
