Supporting Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in Primary Care
We are delighted to invite pharmacy staff across our Primary Care Networks to the second of our re-launched Professional Clinical Network Meetings. We hope you found the first meeting helpful, an opportunity to share experiences, best practice, and feed into the content of these network meetings going forwards.
Based on your feedback our next event will be focusing on medicine optimisation for patients with swallowing difficulties and enteral tubes, with facilitated breakout sessions for smaller group discussions. If you have a specific case (no PID) you would like to discuss with peers within network, or would be good for shared learning, then please do let us know.
There will also be an opportunity to collectively discuss the Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service (DES) including structured medication reviews (SMRs) for residents within care homes.
