This training covers an overview of the Home Office Serious Violence Duty 2022 and professionals roles and responsibilities. It includes the landscape of Cambridgeshire & Peterborough regarding serious violence and some statistics. It emphasises the importance of information sharing between partner agencies and the local Strategic Needs Assessment published December 2023. It concludes with a brief summary of local initiatives being implemented to prevent and reduce youth violence.
