Overview

The Shapes Toolkit aims to help GPs beat stress and become more resourceful and resilient in their workplace.

Each shape represents a tool that GPs can use to help them become more productive and to thrive in their workplace.  They provide practical ways for delegates to help change their way of thinking and to take control over things that lead to them feeling stuck and stressed.

The Shapes Toolkit helps delegates to take control over their time and workload, to change their response to stressful events and to increase their own wellbeing to be able to perform at their best.

Delivery

Shapes is delivered as a 1-day interactive workshop followed by three optional online or face to face Group Coaching Sessions.

Wild Monday also trains and accredits Shapes Ambassadors – Peer Group Coaching Facilitators and offers ongoing supervision to enable the Shapes to be used by the organisation on an ongoing basis.

The Shapes Toolkit resources provide downloadable tools that can be used again and again to help with conversations in the workplace.
