“I specialise in a variety of rheumatology conditions, including back pain (acute and chronic), rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, osteoarthritis, fibromylagia, lupus, Sjogren’s syndrome, osteoporosis, chronic pain, osteoarthritis (knee, hand, foot and spine), rotator cuff pain, and unexplained joint or musculoskeletal pain. I am an expert in giving joint and soft-tissue injections with cortisone and local anaesthetic.”
I am also an expert in the ultrasound of joints, tendons and ligaments. Ultrasound can be used to help diagnosis, to monitor treatment and to give ultrasound-guided cortisone injections to these structures.
