About this event
During this bitesize workshop we will talk through the importance of supporting young carers in their transitions during year six and year eleven, this leads onto young people having more support.
This is open to anybody working with children and young people in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. You may work within the education system, local authority, voluntary sector…. everyone is welcome!
