Join us as we discuss the Active Practice Charter and all things physical activity and health.
The purpose of this regional webinar is to enthuse, empower and connect Central and East of England GPs and their teams who are starting, or want to start getting their practices more active. It is pitched at practices thinking about signing up to the RCGP Active Practice Charter but any primary healthcare professionals with an interest in physical activity for health and wellbeing are welcome. The webinar will be informal, fun and full of practical tips. It will include a presentation about the Active Practice Charter from the team, and short talks from local physical activity movers and shakers, with opportunities for questions too.
