“Sometimes the best results are when you are thrown in the Deep End” – Showcase, strive and succeed

Join us for the Deep End East of England 2023 September Symposium on Thursday 28th September 1-3.30pm.

Supported by the C&P Training hub, this interactive event will showcase the very best interventions and innovations which are making real differences to populations facing adversity.

We are delighted to hear from various speakers who are working across CORE20Plus5 populations in EoE, including:

  • Mary-Anne Morris, Clinical Director for the CYP transformation programme at NHSE will describe the programmes & successes to support our EoE CORE20Plus5 Children and Young People.
  • Teri Gavin-Jones – Senior Clinical Lead, Suffolk & North East Essex (SNEE) – ‘Reducing health inequalities in maternity care’
  • Emily Clark – Clinical Lead, Norfolk & Waveney (N&W) – ‘Successful engagement with Asylum seekers & refugee community’
  • John Ford & Ofelia Torres – will describe a new initiative to create the East of England Health Equity Evidence Centre
  • Jessica Randall-Carrick – Clinical Lead, Cambridgeshire & Peterborough (C&P) – ‘Reaching your patients in Deep End Practices with Long-Term Conditions’

We are thrilled to hear from you too, share ideas & hear what work you are doing that makes you proud, so at 3pm will create opportunity for conversation & connections!

All are welcome to join us, especially from across the East of England region.
