What do you do when you don’t know what to do?

The main aim of this half day is to explore the impact of uncertainty on us as individual practitioners and in teams – examining theoretical, emotional and practical issues. We then present and explore a framework for analysing situations and consciously mapping a way forward – “What to do when you don’t know what to do”.

This workshop was designed by Avril Danczak, author of the 2016 RCGP book “Mapping Uncertainty in Medicine”. Our trainers are all experienced GPs who have been trained by her.
