NHS England and Improvement – East of England are hosting a shared learning session entitled “What’s Health got to do with Homelessness?”  on Thursday 22nd October 2020, 10:00-12:30.

The event is for colleagues within the region who are interested in discussing reducing health inequalities for the homeless and will focus on how local areas can address the health, care and support needs of people experiencing homelessness across the region.

The session will include:

  • From National, Regional and Local Government colleagues,
  • Opportunities to hear about some great initiatives across the East of England
  • Updates on the challenges and solutions in primary and personalised care
  • An opportunity to consider and discuss what’s working well, what’s not and what additional support is needed within the region
