About this event

The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICS Staff Support Hub is pleased to present “Work-Life Balance & Stress”, part of our series of wellbeing webinars.

Work/life balance is something that people should strive to achieve in order to maintain good physical and mental health. Balancing the demands of our lifestyles is especially difficult in these current times, but it is important now, more so than ever before to strive towards.

With almost everyone in their lives not experiencing stress at some time or other, it is important for us to all learn and acknowledge the signs of this in our lives, as well as what steps we can take in order to alleviate this in our day to day lives.

Excessive stress can lower productivity and performance. It can also cause anxiety , irritability, and depression, among other issues. So please join us for an hour webinar looking at tips on how we can better manage our work/life balance and the stress that can cause.

1. Demands: Getting the balance right

2. More Control : More interest-involving employees and build teams

3. Support: Supporting colleagues to get through the crisis “one day at a time”

4. Relationships/Role: What part do you play

5. Change- Realistic about your goals

This session will be facilitated by an Occupational Therapist with speciality in vocational rehabilitation and supporting people to remain well in work.

This session is open to all those working in health, social care, the voluntary sector or not-for-profit sector in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
