The daily blur

This ‘new normal’ is a bit slippery. Just when you think you’ve grasped it, it shapeshifts into something else. While working from home has its perks, it also has its problems. It’s easy to drift and even easier to get distracted. Add in the school runs, virtual meetings, emails, phone calls, dog walks, appointments, deliveries, admin, parenting, vacuuming, gardening… and it can all become one big, unwieldy mess.

The lines between work and home life are blurring in new and unusual ways, and the struggle to maintain healthy boundaries is very real. Chances are, you’re trying to cram far more things into far less time, and work time is spilling ever more into your time.

There IS another way.

‘Working from Home’ is an energising, online guide to working remotely. We know that one person’s nirvana is another person’s nightmare, so this session offers an array of hints and tips to help develop a structure that works for you. All simple, all do-able and all stick-at-able! Home and office might well be one and the same, but they don’t have to merge completely. From morning routine to the close of your day, we’ll show you how to compartmentalise the chaos and say ‘hello’ to some well-deserved calm.

This webinar will be facilitated by Suzie Lavington/Nikki Ayles

A little about Suzie: Suzie designed and delivers A Girl’s Guide to Being Fearless, which builds self-esteem, confidence, kindness and resilience in teenage girls (now being turned into a book, due for release in late 2020). She also delivers the Art of Being Brilliant training in both education and business sectors. She’s committed to showing people that their potential really does stretch to infinity… and way, way beyond.

A little about Nikki: Nikki’s career path has taken her on a journey through Marketing and Brand Management, Commercial Training, Facilitation and Coaching until more recently when she found her ‘calling’ – to help people flourish and become the best version of themselves.
