Aims and Learning Outcomes:

This 2 hour, Microsoft Teams based course has been developed as a follow-up course to the Introduction to Safeguarding Adults virtual briefings available on our website.

The aim of the course is to present important concepts regarding how multi-agency partners can work together to safeguard adults that they are concerned about. We will discuss information sharing, available assessment tools to support professionals and other aspects to consider when making a safeguarding adults referral.

Participants will be encouraged to interact and contribute to the discussion.

Facilitated by Elizabeth Locke, Safeguarding Trainer at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Independent Safeguarding Partnership Service for the Adult Safeguarding Partnership Board.
