Welcome to our series of Next Generation GP webinars: free interactive discussions and workshops about different aspects of leadership during these challenging times. These are open to all so please do share this link with others who you feel would be interested.

Our next event is:

**Working with Communities**

When: Wednesday 19th October, 7.30-8.45pm

With Olivia Butterworth, Dr Cait Taylor and Dr Andy Knox

Primary care sits at the heart of our communities. We hear from our next generation of GPs how important it is for them to develop meaningful and sustained relationships with their communities, in order to improve population health and tackle health inequalities. One question that often follows this is “how?” How do we most effectively work with our communities in order to build these relationships, and achieve positive outcomes?

Join us for a session co-hosted by Olivia Butterworth (Deputy Director People and Communities at NHS England) where we’ll be joined by two inspirational GPs who are doing innovative work within their communities. You’ll hear from Dr Cait Taylor about her work in Liverpool, and Dr Andy Knox about his work in Lancashire and South Cumbria. You’ll hear more about what they have achieved, as well as their tips for how you can build relationships within your community.

This session is open to all, so please do share with your primary care colleagues.

We will send out joining details 24-48 hours before the events.

If you don’t receive the details to join at least 12 hours in advance, please contact us to make sure your email address is correct (info@nextgenerationgp.co.uk).

We look forward to seeing you there!
