PCN Educational Leadership Development Programme

Do you have a passion to develop and lead education within your PCN?

We have commissioned a bespoke 4-part educational leadership development programme delivered by Clare Morris and Tim Swanwick.

They are both hugely experienced in the world of primary care and education and will work with you to dig deep into educational theory, helping to articulate the challenges you face and lean on the literature and others’ expertise to help with finding solutions.

To express an interest in joining the Education Development pilot as a programme or as individual sessions, please complete the form below.

Session 1 06/06/23 at Huntingdon Marriott Hotel: In this interactive session we will examine what it means for a primary care network to be a ‘learning organisation’ and offer practical strategies on how to get there. We will explore the nature and challenges of interprofessional learning and how to develop effective teaching and learning interventions for a professionally diverse primary care team. Further sessions will be shaped by participants’ wants and needs following their attendance at session 1.

For a general overview of topics likely to be covered, please see PDF below.
