Education
C&P Training Hub is developing a tailored programme of monthly fellowship mornings that all Nurses on the Fellowship scheme are expected to attend in protected learning time. The fellowship mornings will be facilitated by the CPTH Early Career Nurse Lead and will include lectures/education sessions on a range of clinical and non-clinical topics, delivered by experienced clinicians and trainers.
All fellows will be automatically booked onto these sessions, please advise us if you are unable to attend by emailing aimee.french@nhs.net
Dates and programme details can be found in our GPN Fellowship Education Programme
Funding
Funding is via a grant to the employing practice, there is no funding direct to fellows.
How to apply for a fellowship (preceptorship) place
Application is via your employing practice.
If you are a newly qualified General Practice Nurse employed in a Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Practice, then please ask your practice to consider enrolling you in the Fellowship (preceptorship) scheme.
If you are seeking employment, ask at interview whether the practice is already signed up to the scheme and if they are willing to enrol you.
