Business Fundamentals for General Practice
Business Fundamentals is a multiple module course aimed at supporting and sharing knowledge relevant for Practice Managers and their integral role within general practice. Cambs LMC, in conjunction with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Training Hub have sourced and developed the content to help PMs become more efficient and effective at tackling the challenges the role encounters. The Business Fundamentals course brings together a range of specialist speakers and facilitators who will take delegates through topics associated with the business of running a General Practice in the NHS. Delegates will be supported to develop a network of peers and will be expected to participate in and add to the discussion.
The bespoke programme will provide up to date information and cover topics such as Legal obligations, HR and employment law, understanding finance and developing your workforce. The course will run between March and July 2023 with a blend of face to face and online sessions and requires a commitment from delegates to attend all sessions.
We are inviting all Practice Managers to apply for a place. Please email email@example.com to express your interest.
