A free one hour learning resource designed to help clinical leaders understand workforce inequalities and develop inclusive leadership practice that supports equity, wellbeing and high-quality care.
Developed through national collaboration with clinical leaders and informed by subject expertise, lived experience and inclusive learning design.
Commissioned by the NHS England National Workforce Training and Education Directorate EDI Team and led by the University of the West of England Bristol.
The package will support healthcare professionals to improve staff experience, wellbeing and
belonging by:
- Understanding workforce data, improvement frameworks and reflective practice to inform meaningful action
- Recognising how workforce inequalities affect staff experiences across NHS organisations
- Applying inclusive leadership principles to create more inclusive clinical environments
A certificate will be available on successful completion of the resource.
