This practical skills workshop, the seventh in a series of nine, will suit those who are relatively new to a leadership role, and equally, those more experienced leaders who would like to refresh their skills, knowledge and confidence in leading teams in today’s constantly evolving primary care environment.
Workshop Objectives
The workshop will:
- Provide an overview of Just and Learning Culture principles and practices
- Review the components of psychological safety as a pre-requisite to create an inclusive Just and Learning Culture
- Examine practical ways to promote psychological safety that will enable all team members to contribute fully to the work of the team
