About This Film
This short film shares real stories from people who live with long-term pain — pain that lasts for more than 3 months. They talk about what it’s like, and how taking part in health research can help make things better. The film was co-produced by Mark Agathangelou, Samina Begum, and Claire Toussaint. They all live with long-term pain and wanted to show what life is really like. They also talk about how doing things that matter — like helping with research — can help people feel more connected and hopeful. The project was led by Sarah Harrisson, a physiotherapist and researcher at Keele University, and the film was made by James Rattee
