Last updated Monday 14th September 2026

This free one-hour e-learning resource is designed for educators and healthcare professionals working
across clinical and non-clinical settings. It supports classroom teaching, simulation-based learning, practice
supervision and workplace-based learning.

Develop cultural humility through a reflective approach that promotes inclusive learning and a greater understanding of learners from diverse backgrounds.

The resource was developed through national collaboration with clinical leaders and informed by lived experience, subject expertise and inclusive learning design.

This resource can help educators embed inclusive pedagogy and reduce inequalities in learning and workplace environments. It supports staff, learners and organisations by helping to:

  • Create more inclusive teaching, supervision and assessment
  • Build confidence to recognise and respond to inequality
  • Improve access to fair and supportive learning opportunities
  • Support culture change across workplaces and learning environments
