Overview

This session will focus on recent important developments in clinical care in the community:

  • Dr Zoe Fritz, Consultant in Acute Medicine at Addenbrooke’s hospital will discuss the forthcoming introduction of the ReSPECT form into the community, which will replace the current DNACPR form.
  • Dr Stephen Barclay, GP and CCG End of Life Care Clinical Lead will discuss local initiatives that enable practices to achieve the QOF EOLC QI requirements, with other changes to improve our care of patients approaching the end of life.

Lunch will be available from 12.30pm with the workshop starting promptly at 1pm.  The full agenda will follow shortly.

Target Group

This event is being delivered as part of our CCG Education Events series, which forms part of our wider GP Support Hub offer.

This event is open to clinicians involved in delivering patient care working in a member GP practice within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.  Practices are encourage to send at least one clinician to this session.

Certificates of attendance will be provided.
