Welcome to our EDI & B Discovery Week, dedicated to building awareness of how equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging can shape patient care and staff experiences, and to inspire meaningful changes that improve general practice for everyone. A week of live, virtual EDI & B themed lunch and learn sessions with additional learning and resources available.

As we bring together the learning from this week, this engaging session explores examples of inclusive recruitment and reasonable adjustments, providing an opportunity identify simple actions to support EDI & B in Primary Care.
Speakers

Danny Karystinos
Danny is an Organisational Psychologist with a healthcare background, having worked as a qualified nurse and senior leader across hospital and healthcare settings. He specialises in People and Organisational Development, with experience in organisational change, service improvement, culture transformation, and project management, including a previous role as System Culture Transformation Lead within the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICB. An executive coach and passionate advocate for inclusive leadership, Danny draws on both his professional expertise and lived experience as a gay man and EDI champion to help create more inclusive, positive workplace cultures where people can thrive.
