Aspire: A Development Programme for Future Leaders and Managers

Could your next step be leadership? You don’t need a management title to have leadership potential. Our Aspire programme is designed for colleagues who are ready to build their confidence, develop new skills, and explore what leadership could look like for them.

This programme offers the opportunity to grow in a supportive and inclusive environment and is open to those working in general practice and across neighbourhood partner health and care organisations.

Through practical learning, networking, and personal development, you’ll gain the skills, confidence and connections to take the next step in your career and make a positive difference for the communities you serve.

If you’re curious about management and leadership, committed to your own development, and ready to invest in your future, we’d love to hear from you.

Participants can expect interactive sessions that will help them to:

  • Develop confidence in their leadership potential
  • Understand what effective management looks like
  • Build communication and influencing skills
  • Understand the skills needed to lead people, process, and performance
  • Develop their personal leadership and management style
  • Build a network of aspiring leaders to support future talent needs
