NHS England’s National Workforce, Training and Education Programme for Long-Term Conditions has launched two initiatives that may be of interest to you and your workforce. This includes:
- An insights survey which aims to explore the current and future skills, knowledge, and training requirements for the generalist workforce across community and primary care-based settings.
- A pilot training grant process which will offer a cohort of individuals an opportunity to apply for a training grant of up to £3,000 to complete a level 7 (postgraduate) course focused on personalised care, prehabilitation &/or rehabilitation for cardiovascular, respiratory and stroke conditions.
