Bespoke Perinatal Mental Health Training for Primary Care

Bespoke training sessions available to book for your practice or PCN.

Aim: To provide perinatal mental health training to primary care which will also address important safeguarding issues (and contribute to appraisal) for patients.

Provider: Dr Emma Tiffin

Dates: Flexible dates and times available, usually 1 hour, delivered via MS teams.

The session will include:

  • Understanding the epidemiology, diagnosis and management of the range of perinatal mental health problems
  • Case study to illustrate perinatal mental health risk, how to detect postnatal depression/what to watch out for
  • Information on perinatal mental health services available in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and how to access them
