This programme is an innovative leadership development programme designed for leaders and managers who want to make a real difference in their workplace and across the wider health system and across neighbourhood partner health and care organisations.
Whether you’re already working across organisational boundaries or preparing for a more system-focused role, this programme will help you build the confidence, capability and connections needed to lead effectively across complex health and care systems.
The programme takes participants on a leadership journey through three interconnected modules: Story of Self, Story of Us and Story of Now and participants will apply their learning to lead meaningful action, sharing progress on their chosen challenge and identifying how change can be sustained beyond the programme.
- Exploring their own leadership values, strengths and motivations
- Identifying a real challenge or enquiry from their workplace that they want to address
- Develop a deeper understanding of system dynamics
- Building the skills and confidence needed to work collaboratively across teams, practices and organisations.
Throughout the programme, participants will develop skills in emotional intelligence, collaborative leadership, partnership working, influencing, accountability and leading change.
By the end of the programme, participants will have increased confidence in their ability to build skills in collaboration and influence change, strengthened their professional networks, and developed practical solutions to real-world challenges affecting the delivery of care while working alongside colleagues facing similar challenges.
